Assistant Officer (HR) Gr. II : 150 posts Eligibility: Full time regular Bachelor’s of Business Administration (BBA) / Bachelor’s of Business Management (BBM) / Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) with Personnel Management /IR/HR/Labour Welfare as one of the major subjects from a recognized Indian University/ Institute and minimum 65 % marks or Equivalent CGPA in aggregate of all years/semesters (relaxable to 60 % for SC/ST candidates). Post Qualification Experience(as on 01/08/2011): - Minimum Three years of Work experience in HR function in manufacturing Unit or Project Site of a Listed Company. Age : 30 years Pay Scale : Rs.12400-30500.
