Job Title:

Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer

Job Location:

Job Responsibilities:

Experienced technical team member, contributing primarily to more complex low level design, coding, testing, test procedures, integration, problem fixes, review of work done by peers and by SE’s, test reports, and documentation. May also contribute high-level design of less complex pieces

Skills Required:

Ethernet, ATM, PPP, VLAN, MPLS, VLAN, RIP, LSIP, OSPF, BGP, ISIS, RSVP, L2/L3 protocols

Programming Skills

• ability to produce high quality and well tested code

• Good grip of implementation methodology, design-code-test and tools for the design-code-test cycle in one or more areas with or without OO Methodology

• Real-time-development experience using any real time operating systems

• Host based (Unix or Windows) Development

• Ability to raise software architectural/design issues from a deeper understanding of software design, data-structures and algorithms

• Grip on specific expertise (e.g protocols, call-state-machine…) within a subsystem in a given technical domain

Experience:

1.5 – 4 years

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering / MCA/MS
