• 12 – 24 months experience in an Information Technology establishment or equivalent exposure in any other setup

• Hands-on and real time working experience in Java, .Net, C++, Mainframes or automation/ performance testing

• Referrals must have excellent, consistent academic credentials and should be B.E / B.Tech / M.C.A / M.Sc / M.E / M.Tech

• Exposure to the Software Development Life Cycle and expertise in at least one of the phases.

• Flexibility towards technologies, domains and locations of work.
