Air India Air Transport Services Ltd. (AIATSL) are requesting applications from the  Indian nationals, who meet with the requirements  for  attending ground duties, on a fixed-term contract basis, for a period of three years, for the various posts and stations as mentioned below and to maintain
waitlist for the same.

CUSTOMER AGENT:
a) Qualification : Graduate in any discipline (minimum three years duration) from a recognised university. The candidates should be able to speak English and also with local language and basic computer operation skills.
b) Physical Standards: Height Weight
Male Not below 158 cms. As per the chart approved by Medical Services of
Female Not below 152.5 cms the Company.
(Candidates are required to produce a certificate from Registered Medical Practitioner)

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AS ON 1ST JANUARY, 2011
c) Age Limit :
For Others – Not above 28 years …. .. 01/01/1983 – 31/12/1992
For O.B.C. – Not above 31 years… …01/01/1980 – 31/12/1992
For SC/ST – Not above 33 years….…01/01/1978 – 31/12/1992
(Relaxation in age for Ex-Servicemen as per Government Guidelines).
d) Selection Procedure:
WALK-IN DATE: 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th January, 2011 (Total four days).
WALK IN REGISTRATION TIME : 0800 hours to 1230 hours.
VENUE : Indian Airlines Ideal School, Indian Airlines Staff Colony – I,
Kalina, Santacruz (East), Mumbai – 400 029.
(Bus Route No.311 from Kurla & Santacruz Rly. Station to the venue).
DRESS CODE:
For females: Female candidates are required to appear for Group Discussion / Interview in Saree.
For males : Male candidates are required to appear for Group Discussion / Interview formally dressed with tie and leather shoes.
Applicants walking in, will have to appear for Group Discussion, on the same day / following day(s).
