Mineral Exploration Corporation Limited , MECL a public sector company under the control of Government of India is inviting applications from the Engineering graduates for filling of various vacancies of Engineering trainees in the fields of Geology, Geo physics and Mechanical Engineering. Candidates should first apply for the Graduate Aptitude Test GATE 2013 exam in the respective subjects by which the candidates will be short listed.
Number of Vacancies: Geology – 15, Geophysics – 5, Mechanical Engineering – 20

Educational Qualifications:
Geology:must have qualified with minimum 65% marks in M.Sc/ M.tech/ M.Sc tech (Geology/Applied Geology/ M.Tech Geological Technology)
Geophysics: must have qualified with minimum 65% marks in M.Sc/M.Tech/M.Sc Tech(Geophysics/Applied Geophysics/M.Tech Geophysical Technology)
Mechanical Engineering: must have qualified with minimum 65% marks in B.Tech/ BE/B.Sc Engineering in mechanical stream.
Age limit: should not cross 28 years as on 31-01-2013
Selection process: Candidates will be short listed based on the merit obtained in GATE exam 2013 in the respective papers and called for the interview.
