Here is the Latest Notification for Indian Railway Jobs that has been announced. RRB (Railway Recruitment Board) New Delhi, Ministry of Railways has announced the latest recruitment notification 2011 for the Railway Jobs posts of Assistant Loco Pilots. Following are details of posts, eligibility and application procedure:
Number of Vacancies: 16,595 posts (General – 8170, SC- 2695, ST- 1589)
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 to 20,000
This Vacancies for the Job post of RRB Assistant Loco Pilots are available in the following RRB Regions:
Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Bilaspur, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Gorakhpur, Guwahati, Jammu Kashmir, Kolkata, Malda, Mumbai, Muzaffarnagar, Patna, Ranchi, Secunderabad, Siliguri and Thiruvananthapuram.
Selection procedure for these Jobs : Selection of the candidates is based on the merit in written test.
Eligibility Requirements for these Railway Jobs:
Candidates should have ITI in any one of the following trades of Instrument Mechanic ,Electronics Mechanic ,Mechanic Radio and TV, Wireman, Tractor Mechanic, Fitter, Electrician, Motor Vehicle Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic Heat Engine, Turner, Machinist, ITI in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning and also Candidates should have secured the qualification under 10+ 2 pattern
OR
Candidates with Diploma in Automobile Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering also can apply.
Age limit:
Applicants age should be between 18 to 30 years as on 1st January 2012. (for age relaxations please refer to the official website of RRB link given below)
Application Procedure:
Interested Eligible candidates can apply in the prescribed format given in the advertisement and the Application fee is Rs.40/- . The fee should be paid in the form of DD drawn in favor of “The Assistant Secretary” of the Concerned RRB and payable at the relevant location.
OR
Fee also can be paid in the form of Indian Postal Order. Filled in application forms along with all the required copies of certificates should be sent to ‘The Assistant Secretary, Railway Recruitment Board of the concerned RRB Region.
Last date for applying for the above Indian Railway Jobs of RRB assistant loco pilots 2011 : 12th September 2011.
