Essential Educational Qualification:

Executive Trainee job post for Engineers : Bachelor Degree in the prescribed branch with Minimum 65% is required (for relaxations please visit the official website of GAIL link given below)

For Human Resources job posts:  Bachelor Degree with minimum 60% and 2 years Regular MBA with specialization in personnel management and Industrial Relations or Bachelor degree with 60% and 2 years PG diploma in personnel management / personnel management and Industrial relations with minimum 65%. Candidate with LLB will be given additional preference.

Selection : Through merit obtained in  Written exam followed by Group discussion and Interview.
