5726 Constable Jobs in Punjab

District cadre of punjab police has recently published the Job notification for recruitment of about 5726 Constable Job posts of which their are about 3726 Jobs for Male Candidates and 2000  for Female candidates and here by inviting application from the eligible Candidates .

Minimum Education Qualification: 10+2 or equivalent is the minimum educational qualification and candidates must  have matriculation with  Punjabi as their optional subject and Ex-servicemen Matriculation is the minimum qualification.

Pay scale: 5910- 20200 + Grade pay of Rs.2000  and there are also other allowances too.

Selection process: For male candidates the selection is done by District Recruitment Board and for Female by Central Recruitment Board.

There will be three phases 1) Physical Measurement  2) Physical Fitness test

Application procedure: The applications are available on the website as well as in all the working days in the Office of Police Commissioners and Senior Superintendents of Police in all Districts of Punjab from 27-09-2011 to 17-10-2011.
